Uttar Pradesh teacher eligibility test , is conducted by the government of Uttar Pradesh. This examination is conducted for eligibility test for Teacher ,who candidates will be pass this exam able for teaching for posts of private and government schools.

About Exam : This is a state level exam. This exam is conducted for testing the teaching abilities of a candidate . After passing this exam a candidate can easily join private and government schools as a good teacher .
This is an offline exam , which is conducted yearly . A lots of candidates appear in this exam. More details of eligibility criteria , exam pattern, exam date and the results are given below .
What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
Education Qualification : Candidates should have passout the bachelor degree , from a recognized university.
Note : Unreserved Candidate should have atleast 50% , and for reserved category candidates the minimum marks is 45%. Final year candidates are also eligible .
How to apply : Candidates can apply this application form for from official website www.upgov.nic.in.
Exam phase : This examination is conducted in two phases. First phase will be conducted in April , and second phase in November , December.
Exam pattern : The exam is conducted separately for primary , and upper primary teachers. Paper will consists objective type questions related to child development and pedagogy, language-1 and 2, mathematics and environmental studies.
