Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Goa Forest Department, Govt of Goa has issued latest recruitment jobnews for recruitment of 400 vacancies of  Special Forest Guards from Wildlife Proximity Zone & Forest Talukas. Eligible Candidates may apply via prescribed Application format before 01 April, 2013.More details are given below :

Number of vacancies : 400 posts

Name of post : Special Forest Guard

Apply Mode : Offline Mode

Eligibility Criteria :


Educational Qualification : Candidates must have 10th Board Examination or equivalent passed and also have knowledge of Konkani language.

Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 years and 42 years as on 01-04-2013. 

Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200+1800 /-

Selection process :Candidates will be selected  on the basis of written test/Walking test/Physical fitness Test. 


Relaxation : Relaxaion will be extended as per govt rules.
