Role Purpose:
Monitor calls and give feedback to the agents in MSC (IT Support desks) with the objective of improving their communication, Technical & process adherence skills on calls. Develop and deliver training modules based on the improvement areas on the floor and hence improving the overall quality on the floor.
Candidate Specifications:
* Candidates must be a graduate and should not have any open CAP or Warnings
