Arunachal Pradesh Police has issued the notification for the recruitment of 96 Sub Inspector (GD), Sub Inspector (Telecommunication/WT) Posts. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 28-12-2012. More details are given below :

Names of Posts:
1. Sub Inspector (GD):
i. Civil Police – 51 Posts
ii. IRBN – 41 Posts
2. Sub Inspector (Telecommunication/WT) – 4 Posts

Age limit: Candidate’s age should be between 20 to 25 years as on  01-01-2013.

Note - Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation from a recognized University for SI (Civil and IRBN) Post, where as for the post of SI (Telecommunication / WT) candidates must have done diploma in radio/Telecommunication Engineering (or) Bachelors degree in Physics, Chemistry & Maths from recognized University.

Application Fee details: Candidate need to pay Rs 60/- (Rs 15/- for SC/ST candidates) in form of treasury challan drawn in favour of Asstt Inspector General of Police(E), PHQ, Itanagar under head of Account’0055’ police.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on basis on performance in physical efficiency test, written examination, interview and medical examination/ character& antecedent verification.

How to apply: Candidates need to download the application form and all mandatory details are to be filled. Candidates have to send the filled application with 04 (One affixed on application form, 03 securely enclosed ina envelope) recent photographs with self signature on backside, attested copies of relevant certificates, self addressed reply envelope affixed with postage stamp of Rs. 5/- received at P.H.Q Itanagar and challan to the following address, PHQ, Itanagar on or before 28-12-2012 in a closed envelope superscribe on the top of the envelope in block letters with post name to be applied for.
